This program prepares information security managers, GRC professionals, and consultants to lead an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 implementation inside their organization. Across five days, participants build the full documentation set required for certification — scope, ISMS policies, risk treatment plan, Statement of Applicability, and audit programme — using a running Qatar-based case study. Workshops cover stakeholder mapping, Annex A control selection, internal-audit planning, and management-review preparation. Includes hands-on templates and an instructor-graded mock certification audit on day five.
